Stone Brewing's Mitch Steele give an interesting and informative presentation on historical extreme beers. Locating and deciphering early brewing recipes and techniques used in creating high gravity ales. This is video from Friday's conference schedule.
I really enjoyed the fact that no heads injured the quality of this production.

Great quality Mark-- totally enjoyed Mitch and the inclusion of the power point screen! How about that 12 hr. boil? And, just stickin' your hand in to check the temp. Will look forward to his IPA book.. have fun!

yeah, great lecture. We're getting saturated with fantastic speechs. I'm on overload at this time but will try to get more info out when I return to normalcy. Having some incredible beers!
